Pascal Lebard, Chief Executive Officer of Sequana and Chairman & C.E.O of Antalis International and Arjowiggins
In 2004, he became a member of the Executive Board of Sequana, becoming Deputy Managing Director in May 2005. Since July, 1, 2007 he is Chief Excecutive Officer of Sequana.
Pascal Lebard began his career in 1986 at Crédit Commercial de France in London and Paris.
In 1988, he joined UK private equity firm 3i group plc, where he was successively Business Manager, Director of Investments and Associate Director of the Paris office. He joined the Exor Group (part of the Agnelli Group) as Director of Investments in 1991.
In 2004, he became a member of the Executive Board of Sequana, becoming Deputy Managing Director in May 2005. Since July, 1, 2007 he is Chief Excecutive Officer of Sequana Capital.
He is also President of Antalis International and Arjowiggins and Director of SGS.
Born in 1962, Pascal Lebard is a graduate of EDHEC business school.
Hervé Poncin, Antalis Chief Operating Officer
In November 2007, Hervé Poncin became Antalis EVP.
Hervé Poncin began his career with Renault Automation Germany in 1986.
He joined Arthur Andersen & Cie in 1988 as consultant in organization. In 1990, he became Marketing Manager in the large accounts customers division for Apple France, then for Apple Europe.
Hervé Poncin joined Arjomari Diffusion in 1994 as Marketing Manager and later on as Managing Director. He was successively appointed Director of the Print Services sector for Europe, group Marketing and Purchasing director, France & Benelux Managing Director, Western Europe Managing Director. In November 2007, he became Antalis EVP.
Born in 1964, Hervé Poncin is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris.
Guy Léonard, Chief Operating Officer of Arjowiggins and Managing Director of the activity creative papers
Guy Léonard joined Arjowiggins as Director of Business Performance end 2005, and became Managing Director in June 2008.
Guy Léonard began his career as Teacher at Laval University (Quebec) in 1977. He joined Hydro Quebec as an economist in 1977.
From 1979 to 1984, he held different positions in planning and Purchasing at Texas Instruments in France and Portugal. In 1984, he joined ST Microelectronics and was appointed Managing Director of the Marrocco plants in 1986. In 1990 he entered Nokia Consumer Electronics as Strategic Planning Director. He came aboard Thomson in 1993 where he successively held the positions of TV-Video Industrial director for Europe, Worldwide Sourcing VP, and then Chief Information Officer. Guy Léonard was appointed member of the executive committee in 2003 in charge of Business Performance.
He joined Arjowiggins as Director of Business Performance end 2005, and became Managing Director in June 2008.
Born in 1952, Guy Léonard is a graduate from ESCP business school and holds an MBA in finance.
Xavier Roy-Contancin, Group CFO and Antalis CFO
Xavier Roy-Contancin became Antalis' Chief Financial Officer in November 2002.
Xavier Roy-Contancin began his career in 1982 with Price Waterhouse where he held different positions in Paris, London and New York.
In 1994 he joined Carnaud Metalbox, first as head of Consolidation and in 1996 as Finance Director for their Plastic Closures operation in Europe. In 2000 he joined DeLaval, an industry group of Tetral Laval, as their Chief Financial Officer based in Sweden. He became Antalis' Chief Financial Officer in November 2002.
Born in 1958, Xavier Roy-Contancin holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago, and is a graduate of the Institut d’études Politiques, Paris. He also holds a degree in law from the Université-Paris Panthéon Sorbonne and is a chartered accountant.
Isabelle Boccon-Gibod, EVP in charge of special projects
Isabelle Boccon-Gibod joined Sequana’s Executive Management as Senior Advisor in June 2006 and has been appointed Arjowiggins EVP in charge of special projects in April 2009.
Isabelle Boccon-Gibod began her professional career with the International Paper Group in 1991.
She directed the industrial activities of the Cardboard Division in the United States, and in 1997 in the United Kingdom, before heading Strategic Development in Europe for the International Paper Group.
She joined Sequana’s Executive Management as Senior Advisor in June 2006 and has been appointed Arjowiggins EVP in charge of special projects in April 2009.
Born in 1968, Isabelle Boccon-Gibod is an engineer with degrees from the Ecole Centrale de Paris and Columbia University in the United States.
Antoine Courteault, Company Secretary
In May 2005, Antoine Courteault was appointed Company Secretary of Sequana.
Antoine Courteault began his career in 1982 at law firm Courteault, Lecoq, Ribadeau-Dumas.
In 1984, he joined the Finance department of Banque Indosuez as Assistant to the Financial Operations and Business department. In 1987, he joined Cerus - Compagnies Européennes Réunies (part of the Benedetti Group), where he was General Secretary and Director of legal and employment affairs. In 1998, he moved to Alcatel as Secretary of the board of directors and Legal director (company law, M&A, finance law). In May 2005, he was appointed Company Secretary of Sequana.
Born in 1957, Antoine Courteault holds a post-graduate diploma in private law.
Gilles Raynaud, Human Resources Director Group
Gilles Raynaud has been nominated as the Human Resources Director Group the 1st of September 2009.
After several positions in the human resources field, Gilles Raynaud joined the FNAC Group, where, in 1986, he took on the role of HR Manager for one of the major retail stores and was subsequently appointed Managing Director of that same store two years later.
In 1990, he took over the role of HR Director for the whole FNAC Group.
Two years after the acquisition in 1994 of FNAC by PPR (Pinault-Printemps-Redoute), Gilles Raynaud moved within PPR to become Senior Vice-President, HR at REXEL.
In 2000 he settled in the Netherlands as Country Manager for Rexel’s local subsidiary, a position.
He became Human Resources Director of Antalis in 2002 and Human Resources Director of Sequana Group the 1st of September 2009.
Born in 1955, Gilles Raynaud graduated from Sciences Po Paris.
